The Project Manager is responsible for managing the needs and expectations of all internal and external resources and those of the customer throughout the installation and commissioning process. SWI personnel and subcontractors are simultaneously tasked to support the Project Manager in their individual areas of expertise to insure delivery of the appropriate product to the end.
