The webinar focused on the implications of California's SB553, which mandates that businesses with 10 or more employees implement workplace violence prevention plans by July 1, 2024. Stearns, drawing from her extensive experience in global investigations and workplace safety at both Google and the CIA, shared comprehensive strategies for compliance and security enhancement.
