A big congratulations to Security 101's President, Steve Crespo for an outstanding article published online today in Security Systems News. Mr. Crespo says there are numerous drivers behind the success and growth of the company & brand, but two, in particular, are the National Accounts Program and the commitment of the franchise owners.
Steve believes his company's franchise model is what makes Security 101 so successful and superior to other providers in the industry. The franchise owners of each individual branch are the ones who take care of their national customers, whereas large national companies have a general manager or branch manager. He also discusses some of the advantages Security 101 has over other integrators. These include the franchisees using the same product lines and being trained the same way using the same processes, along with Security 101's own in-house software, 101 Ware.
Security 101 currently has 26 locations nationwide and continues to move towards the goal of 101 franchises throughout the U.S. There's a strong focus on the West Coast to have true national coverage across the map. They are always looking for new qualified franchisees who have an aptitude for technology, 100% spousal support (if married) and are financially able to own a business.
