JACKSONVILLE, FL: On May 24th, the outstanding team of security industry professionals at the Security 101 - Jacksonville office hosted the first-ever 101 Camera Shootout 2016 and it was nothing short of a smashing success. The events consisted of an all-day technology showcase, two skeet shooting sessions, and a barbeque lunch. 19 different companies sponsored the event with representatives on hand to discuss the technology with customers and prospective clients from Jacksonville to Orlando.
Platinum Sponsors included Genetec, Axis Communications, Inc., WESCO, HID, and Seneca. The Gold Sponsors were Samsung, The Tronex Group, and Arecont Vision. Silver Sponsors were comprised of Assa Abloy, Interlogix, Briefcam, Bosch, Commend, Vivotek, Sony, Hitachi Data Systems, PSA, IMI, and Illustra. Everyone did an incredible job of displaying and demonstrating their respective products and services to an enthusiastic crowd.
The Shootout took place at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports, an amazing venue for skeet shooting. In addition to the demise of a large quantity of clay pigeons, Security 101 - Jacksonville awarded 10 guests a brand new shotgun as a door prize. Congratulations to the winners:
