Operations Support Specialist

Security 101 – Corporate is now recruiting for an Operations Support Specialist that can assist in creating and maintaining workflow databases, standards and practice manuals required for effective management of day-to-day business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operational activities, coordinating among branches, subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturers.
Salary:
This is a full-time position with an hourly wage that varies from $25.00 to $30.00, non-exempt, commensurate with skills, and experience.

Skills/Abilities:
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
- 4+ years progressively responsible, related administrative experience.
- Excellent PC (word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation) skills; graphics.
- Efficient and timely performance of administrative assignments.
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
- Ability to finish projects.
- Ability to write correspondence and present information in one-on-one and group situations.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Track adherence to policies, procedures, playbooks, and standards.
- Track and verify licensing, insurance, certifications, training, and safety documentation.
- Track and document fleet requests for procurement, insurance, fuel, and maintenance.
- Track and verification of IT & telecom inventory.
- Maintain and verify a program of subcontractors.
- Keeps superiors and key stakeholders informed of progress.
- Serves as liaison between Company corporate and field staff, as well as subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, applicants, etc.
Education:
- High School (or GED) minimum requirement.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
