Senior Account Executive

San Francisco

Security 101 – San Francisco is now recruiting a Senior Account Executive that can identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities by creating market awareness of Security 101 products and services. As a Senior Account Executive in the commercial electronic security integration space, the ideal candidate will be a $2M+ producer seeking new business and building relationships while maintaining relationships and connections with their existing clients.

Salary:

Total compensation ranges from $200,000+, (with commissions from gross sales and bonuses) commensurate with skills, security industry experience, and product knowledge. You also benefit from a generous commission plan with no earnings cap. We will also provide you with a cell phone, laptop, and an auto allowance. Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial electronic security industry.
  • Must have technical product knowledge in the top access control, video and intrusion vendors.
  • Performance-minded, self-confident and dynamic.
  • Goal-oriented salesperson who exhibits a high energy and competitive spirit.
  • Conducts customer site walk-throughs and estimates both building system installations and service opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and building relationships with new clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities.
  • Performing consultative site surveys, system design, estimating and proposal writing.

Education:

  • High School (or GED) minimum requirement
  • 4-year degree preferred
