Owner & President
Mr. Brocki, an industry veteran and entrepreneur, started his career in 1988 with ADT as a System Support Engineer and founded ACP Engineering in Plainville, CT. In 2005, Jerry had an opportunity to sell his company to UTC Fire & Security where he stayed until 2009 holding multiple positions as General Manager, Vice President, and UTC National Accounts Manager. In 2009, he launched Security 101 - Portland.

Sean has been working as a Security and Life Safety Professional for the last 25 years. Having spent nearly 20 years in the Financial/Banking sector, he has had the opportunity to work closely with corporate CEO’s, board of directors, business owners, internal and external customers in such areas as physical security, risk assessment, asset protection, fraud prevention, executive protection, audit and human resource reporting, policy and procedure development, and more. He is established and experienced in project development, management and integration of industry leading electronic security protection systems.
