Mike Dorrian
Owner
Mr. Dorrian is an industry veteran that started his career after proudly serving our country with the Rakkasans of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). The leadership skills he honed in the US Army proved to be invaluable as he progressed through the security industry ranks at a very accelerated rate with both small and large national organizations. He holds numerous industry certifications and believes the most critical asset a company has is its employees. Mike has a proven reputation for assembling and sustaining high performing teams that have one common goal… fanatical customer service.
Erik Trembulak
Owner
Mr. Trembulak began his career as a system administrator for access control and video surveillance at a local university. During his tenure he oversaw upgrades to both systems from small disparate systems to one large enterprise system. Erik eventually moved into the system integration business working in various leadership, sales and operations roles. He believes that teamwork is the most important quality any successful organization should possess and TEAM101 strives daily to provide the highest level of customer service through our high-performing and motivated team. Erik has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Duquesne University, as well as a master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He believes strongly in life-long learning and holds many industry certifications.
Anthony Vignere
Owner, Director of Operations
Mr. Vignere is an Electronic Security Industry veteran with over twenty years experience. Anthony has worked his way up, starting as a service technician embedded at a large financial institution. Through this experience Anthony gained expert knowledge in both mechanical and electronic lock knowledge, Throughout the years he has taken pride in earning factory certifications and proficiency on all of the industry standard hardware and software platforms. He has worked as service technician, installation technician, and project manager – all roles that have helped shape his proficiency in effectively delivering and supporting enterprise level solutions. In addition to overseeing all system installation and programming, Anthony mentors all of TEAM101 in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical hardware. Fanatical customer service is an aspect of his daily life and Anthony works hard daily to ensure both TEAM101 and our customers are supported at the highest level.
